iTS is located in Mansfield, MA and is currently seeking a FT permanent Electrical Assembler. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00am through 2:30pm.

• Perform a wide variety of complex electrical assembly operations utilizing blueprints, schematics, technical manuals and other specifications.
• Work from blueprints, work orders and written and verbal instructions from lead person.
• Review work order and obtain pre-picked parts in holding area. Inspect parts for correctness.
• Extensive experience in point-to-point wiring based off schematics is REQUIRED.
• Plan sequence of wiring according to blueprints, schematics, technical manuals and other specifications.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination to handle small, intricate parts.
• Routing, cutting, and soldering wires; expertise in handling various tools required.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, hazard-free condition, reporting all defective equipment or hazardous conditions.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years Assembly and/or manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand and follow instructions/schematics
• Point to Point Wiring
• Pay attention to detail
• Maintain a clean & safe environment
