Job Description:
We are searching for entry‑level Assemblers to work 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) Monday through Friday. In this role you will help move a product towards the consumer market. You will be responsible for the assembly, packaging, and other steps along the production line of various medical devices as required by clients. Requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, ISO, and environmental requirements and must adhere to safety guidelines and standards to ensure the products are properly assembled and packaged.
- Accountable for day‑to‑day manufacturing activities.
- Work on required manufacturing shop orders/work load.
- Maintain appropriate training as required by the company.
- Production accuracy and quality adherence to procedures and standards.
- Ensure proper material availability for assigned work.
- Assist Engineering personnel with process and equipment validation/qualification plans and protocols.
- Support execution of plans, including testing, data collection, etc.
- Provide problem solving support to the manufacturing operation as required.
- Work closely with cross‑functional groups such as Quality Department and Development.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Transportation to work on‑site in Mansfield, MA.
- 0-3 years manufacturing experience with medical devices (desired).
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA, and quality standards.
- Experience with manufacturing documentation (BOM, shop orders, routers, etc.).
- Experience in a Clean Room environment.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Understand manufacturing documentation.
- Remain productive under indirect supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions and techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic mathematical aptitude.
