As an Operations Generalist you will ensure merchandising and inventory strategies are executed across our Pet Care Centers. You will maintain efficient operations, stock shelves, work the register, and provide an excellent guest experience.

• Maintain and inventory Pet Care Center merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed.
• Process register transactions to create great guest experience.
• Support guest interactions and selling model.
• Maintain animal welfare and support pet health procedures.
• Complete training programs and maintain expertise.
• Promote teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Adhere to operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Evaluate guest inquiries and refer to Leader on Duty as needed.

• Utilize selling behaviors to provide an amazing guest experience.
• Contribute to a safe environment and maintain safety protocols.
• Be part of a collaborative culture focused on pet health and wellness.
• Engage in your career development through developmental programs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in mathematics and above average communication skills.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and genuine interest in animals.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills for public interaction.

High school diploma or GED, proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting, and exceptional communication skills.

Indoors with occasional merchandise handling, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
