Role Overview :
This position supports distribution services in a warehouse environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:Receive, pick, and stage customer orders; verify received merchandise; stock shelves; use RF devices for inventory tasks; assemble orders; enter data into computer systems; inspect and return merchandise; perform inventory counts; operate motorized equipment; assist with training new associates; and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of relevant experience; ability to read and interpret product labels; basic math skills; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work safely with equipment and in a team; basic computer knowledge; and adaptability for overtime and physical inventory. Certifications for equipment operation and hazmat handling may be needed.
