Product Manager: Warrant & Jury

The Product Manager will own the ezJury and ez Warrant products, responsible for all aspects of their lifecycle including implementation, training, support handoff, customer success, product roadmap development, and testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product management and a passion for enhancing user experiences.

• Product Ownership: Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ezJury and ez Warrant, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Implementation Management: Design and execute the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions for clients and adherence to timelines.
• Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and respond to customer feedback.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to use the products effectively.
• Support Handoff: Facilitate the transition from implementation to ongoing support, ensuring all necessary documentation and knowledge transfer occurs.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Experience in the criminal justice market.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience managing product life cycles from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with user training and support processes.
• Passion for improving customer experiences and driving product innovation.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to apply knowledge and logic to help clients vocalize their needs.
• Strong time management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work, be proactive, work independently without daily supervision, perform various duties, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to organize and lead meetings with a professional demeanor.
