What You’ll Do
- Perform quarterly and annual asset audits and inventory
- Assist operations team to keep all vehicles/equipment compliant and in good working order
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and vehicles
- Assist with receiving of new equipment and disposal of old equipment
- Obtain tags, titles and registrations
- Assist in preparing new vehicles for service (install company decals, DOT numbers, Drive Cam equipment)
- Review fuel card usage, evaluate fuel consumption
- Create purchase orders as needed for repairs
- Will be responsible for Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky territories
What You’ll Need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- 3 years of previous fleet experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong Excel skills and use of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, asset software, etc
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
