Business Development Manager – Security Integration
Full-Time | Remote New England

What You Get to Do:

• Build and manage relationships with commercial and enterprise-level clients across the region
• Represent a specialized team focused on complex, integrated security and door-opening solutions
• Open doors with facilities management and real estate leadership to position us as the security integrator of choice
• Book meetings, close contracts, and develop long-term partnerships that drive results
• Travel for in-person meetings, site visits, trade shows, and partner events
• Collaborate directly with company leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and messaging
• Own your outreach, pipeline, and follow-up using a CRM — your results shape our growth

What You’ve Already Done:

• Sold security integration services or related technology to commercial and enterprise-level clients
• Built your own book of business using a mix of cold calls, relationships, and Linked In outreach
• Managed your own tasks, pipeline, and follow-ups without needing reminders
• Maintained consistent communication and follow-through with clients and internal teams
