Job SummaryAs a Regional Manager
, you will lead the commercial success of market clients by driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring a high‑performing sales team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on coaching, ensuring your team excels in both business and soft skills. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, craft market strategies, and support the Head of Sales in shaping impactful business cases and regional initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage a team of 3–6 Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Senior Account Managers (SAMs), focusing on mentoring and upskilling.
- Sales Performance: Achieve KPIs and drive growth in OM$ and profitability through proactive portfolio management and strategic planning.
- Market Strategy: Create and execute regional strategies for top clients, addressing key issues and opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with client senior management to unlock new business opportunities and overcome barriers.
- Data‑Driven Insights: Analyze performance data, bookings, and reporting to identify trends and create actionable business cases.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
