There is a Kindergarten/First Grade Split Teacher position open at Spring mill STEM Elementary School for the  school year.

Qualifications Profile

Valid Ohio Teaching Certificate/License in the appropriate subject area or grade level(s). Substitute licensure is not accepted.

  • Prepares for classes and shows evidence of preparation upon request.
  • Designs and implements meaningful, dynamic lessons daily.
  • Addresses learning needs based on quality assessment data (formative and summative).
  • Guides learning toward curriculum goals with clear learning targets for lessons, units, and projects.
  • Employs varied instructional techniques and appropriate technology.
  • Strives to implement district educational objectives and goals.
  • Assesses student progress regularly and provides detailed feedback and reports as needed.

  • Takes precautions to protect students, equipment, and facilities.
