Revenue Cycle Manager
Location: Hybrid, Mansfield, OH
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually
Job Type: Full-time
A well-established healthcare organization seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations. This leadership role ensures effective management of billing processes and revenue cycle activities to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team responsible for revenue cycle functions.
- Manage the full revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and compliance.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align financial operations with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and payer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership.
- Experience with FQHC billing and full-cycle revenue management is required.
- Strong understanding of billing and reimbursement processes.
- Proficiency with relevant systems and reporting tools.
