We are currently seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, or LISW-S) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, or LPCC-S) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and families and is dedicated to upholding professional standards in mental health care.

• Conduct client intakes and complete diagnostic assessments
• Develop and update Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
• Facilitate counseling sessions including social skills groups, play therapy, and traditional counseling
• Participate in team ISP meetings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and billing
• Attend supervision meetings and staff development days
• Ensure compliance with licensure standards and internal policies

• Active LSW, LISW, LISW‑S, LPC, LPCC, or LPCC‑S licensure in [Insert State]
• Experience with children diagnosed with autism, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and families
