• Design and lead programs and experiences that enrich resident lives, including a monthly activity calendar that reflects core values and infuses the dimensions of wellness.
• Identify resident interests and preferences to develop personalized, engaging programming.
• Lead and facilitate the move‑in day experience, supporting families and encouraging successful resident transition into community life.
• Organize and facilitate Resident Council meetings monthly, ensuring minutes are taken, posted, and shared.
• Develop and maintain welcoming, safe, and engaging Life Enrichment community spaces.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to plan and promote prospect engagement events and experiences.
• Create a monthly community newsletter highlighting programs, events, and resident experiences.
• Contribute to the community Facebook page through regular posts and photos.
• Manage the General Store and community General Store program.
• Order, secure, and maintain supplies and inventory for activities and events.
• Support the Life Enrichment budget, controlling expenses, submitting monthly expense and reimbursement reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate community van transportation for resident appointments and outings.

• 2+ years of experience working with seniors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adjusted hours as needed for resident and event support.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Background in resident programming, activities, recreation, or engagement roles.
