Heritage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver skilled OT services in patients' homes under a licensed OT. You will support ADLs, promote independence, and educate families while coordinating with clinicians as part of a trusted home-care team.
Ideal candidates will have Ohio OTA licensure, strong communication, and organizational skills. Home health experience is a plus; training is provided.
