Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the Dietary Department
Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and food service programs
Supervise and evaluate dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and dietary assistants
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as maintaining high-quality
