• Answer inbound calls and manage support tickets from clients regarding the case management systems.
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to users via phone and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize support tickets.
• Log and document support calls and tickets and follow up on ongoing issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated with the system features and updates.

• Moderate computer skills, including familiarity with software troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
