CUSTOM CABINET MAKER / MASTER WOODWORKER Elyon Cabinets – Mansfield, Ohio Starting Pay: $25–$35/hour DOE Full-Time | Strong Growth & Advancement Opportunity Elyon Cabinets is looking for a true craftsman, cabinet maker, and experienced woodworker to join our growing manufacturing team. We are looking for someone who has spent years mastering the trade — someone who understands fine woodworking, custom cabinetry, moldings, millwork, specialty construction, and the details that separate average work from exceptional craftsmanship.

At the same time, this is not a slow-paced custom woodworking shop where one piece gets handcrafted all day long. Elyon is a fast-paced, high-production, forward-thinking company. We need someone who combines old-school craftsmanship with a modern production mindset — someone who loves precision, but also loves getting things built, solving problems, improving processes, and moving work through the shop.

We want the craftsman who can notice when something is 1/64" off, fix it, and then keep moving. Experience Required We are looking for a journeyman-level cabinet maker with 10+ years of hands-on experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or a closely related trade. The right person should have extensive experience with:

- Custom cabinet construction
- Architectural moldings and millwork
- Custom range hoods and specialty cabinetry
- Crown molding, trim, fillers, finished ends, and detailed finish work
- Advanced cabinet hardware and specialty hardware applications
- Custom modifications and one-off pieces
- Reading drawings, measurements, and shop plans
- Accurate cutting, fitting, assembly, and installation
- Professional woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Solving complex cabinet and woodworking challenges
- Working accurately and efficiently in a production environment You should be comfortable being handed something unusual and figuring out how to build it correctly, beautifully, and efficiently.

The Person We're Looking For We want someone who takes genuine pride in the trade. Someone who understands grain, joinery, fit, reveals, moldings, hardware, proportion, and what quality workmanship actually looks like. Someone who doesn't need to be taught the fundamentals of cabinetmaking because you've already spent years developing those skills. But craftsmanship alone isn't enough. We also need someone who is progressive, energetic, adaptable, and production-minded.

If your idea of custom woodworking is sitting at a bench with a chisel for eight hours producing one piece, this probably isn't the right environment.
