MDS Staffing is assisting an independent meat processing operation in Mansfield, Ohio, to recruit qualified Meat Fabrication Specialists for primal and custom processing on the 1st shift. In this role you will break beef carcasses into primal and subprimal cuts, process custom orders to retail specs, perform boning, and handle grinding, labeling, and proper storage while upholding HACCP and FSIS standards.
Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday
