Position- Position: Home Health RN Visit Nurse
- Location: Based anywhere in Ohio with ability to serve Mansfield, OH and up to a 1‑hour radius
- Type: Part Time, with predictable schedule (Potential to increase to Full time if desired (not required))
- Hours: As needed on weekdays only. No weekends or on‑call shifts.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active RN, preferably with home health agency experience. Must have active license and ability to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a paid nurse; 3+ years preferred.
- 1+ years with a home health agency or equivalent in‑home care environment is preferred but not required.
- Active CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to renew prior to start.
- Strong background in nursing, patient care, safety, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Desirable character traits: reliable, honest beyond reproach, professional, compassionate, detail‑oriented (in care + documentation), accountable, friendly and accommodating, respectful, and positive.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- This is a Part Time position with hourly pay and flexible, customizable schedules, and reporting to experienced RNs, not non‑clinical business managers. - This role requires travel up to 1 hour from Mansfield, OH, as needed.
- The typical daily travel radius < 30 minutes, with occasional travel up to a 1‑hour radius as needed.
- Mileage is reimbursed door‑to‑door.
- No weekends, on‑call, or overnight shifts required.

Job SummaryAs a Home Health Visit Nurse
, you will be instrumental in coordinating and providing patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Following a physician‑established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, instruct patients and their families in proper treatment and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- With core skills in managed care, patient assessment, client care and treatment plan documentation, and discharge planning, oversee patient services and provide expert nursing care.
- Your premium skills in critical care and infectious disease care will be valuable in handling complex cases, while your relevant skills in home and community care and supervising experience will enhance your ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure successful communication with and between our physicians, agency staff, service administrators, other caregivers and clinicians, and the client + his/her family.
