Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for kidney disorders, including medication management.
- Coordinate dialysis treatments and support patients through transplantation processes.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation in EHR.
Qualifications include an Ohio RN license, national NP certification, and strong critical thinking skills.
Details- Full-time schedule
- Salary range: $90K-$150K
