• Provide a variety of non-sales functions including order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and administrative services.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Assist with cash management or program compliance as required.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; perform with little to some supervision.
• Maintain high integrity, attention to detail, and effective time management; support store objectives and operational responsibilities.
• Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate integrity at all times.
• Strong collaboration with colleagues, vendors, and customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
