On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1381) role s is an On-Demand team member position with flexible scheduling. The starting hourly rate is $15.00 USD per hour and the pay range is $15.00–$22.50 USD per hour.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member and your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs.
• You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule; you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime scheduling app.
• Reliability and prompt attendance are necessary. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum 4 hours) is required. You may be terminated if you do not respond to contact attempts or do not work a shift within 5 months.
• You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule; after that, you use the myTime app to pick shifts.

• Demonstrate a service culture and deliver the service standard to guests.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs; be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services.
• Assist with returns, use register prompts, and partner with leaders to resolve guest issues following Target policies.
• Deliver easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment; be familiar with fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll or use them.
• Explain and help guests use Wallet and other Target App features.
• Follow safety policies, de-escalate situations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements (including alcohol-related policies where applicable).
• Support cash office processes as needed and handle cash operations with accuracy.
• Other duties based on business needs.
