We are looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure a visually appealing environment.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and assisting with planogram changes.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Support store maintenance, organize stock room, and keep the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in music and pop culture retail.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
