• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing items from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely and comply with all safety policies, reporting hazards and correcting where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up with compliance to applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds (with or without assistance); frequently lift/move merchandise up to 15 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
