In this position, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. This role will help you develop your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
- Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate relationships.
- Monitor sales and analyze results to identify opportunities and understand competition.
- Participate in TTI Training Program and apply acquired skills to achieve results.
- Provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations.
- Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
- Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
- Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze potential and communicate competitor data.
- Maintain store and product aesthetics through merchandising and positioning.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Participate in store resets and merchandising installations.
- Sell directly to customers in the retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
- Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report check.
- Own and maintain valid vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
- Availability to travel to store locations, meetings, and events.
- Ability to transport small amounts of company property.
- Relocation may be required for promotional opportunities.
- Work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.
- Salary: $24.04 - $25.96/hour, approximately $50,000 - $54,000 annually.
