Biltmore Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, polished, and personable Executive Assistant to serve as the cornerstone of our white‑glove client experience.

We are a boutique retirement planning firm that caters to clients who expect professionalism, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail at every interaction. This role is the first impression and lasting presence of our firm in person and on the phone. Confidence, discretion, and a servant‑hearted mindset are essential.

Qualifications
  • 2 years in an office support role
  • Comfortable using Apple computers
  • Google Suite, Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face and voice of the firm, in person and on the phone
  • Deliver a warm, polished, and professional client experience
  • Manage calendars, schedule, and confirm appointments
  • Record accurate client interaction notes in CRM
  • Support advisors, directors, and firm leadership
  • Maintain an organized, refined office environment
  • Prepare beverages and refreshments for clients
  • Manage office supplies and general logistics
  • Perform accurate data entry, scanning, copying, and document preparation
  • Run errands and provide hands‑on support as needed
  • Take out trash, clean whiteboards and office surfaces, tidy shared spaces including restrooms, reset conference rooms and client areas (behind‑the‑scenes duties)

Compensation starts at $19/hour.
