We are looking for a high‑caliber Executive Assistant to work closely with our Team Leader to help scale the business, increase efficiency, and elevate the client experience.
Role DescriptionTran Premier Group is seeking a high‑caliber, bilingual Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the Team Leader and support the day‑to‑day operations of a top‑producing real estate group in the DFW metroplex. This is an in‑office, full‑time role with a clear growth path to Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, dependable, and experienced in real estate operations, with the ability to communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English. This role focuses on executive support, transaction coordination, client communication, and operational systems, allowing the Team Leader to stay in their zone of genius while ensuring the business runs smoothly.
Success in this role is measured by efficiency, clear communication, strong follow‑through, and time saved for the Team Leader, not just task completion. This is not a traditional assistant position; it is a long‑term opportunity to grow within a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven real estate organization.
Qualifications- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
- Prior real estate experience strongly preferred (Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Agent Assistant, or Brokerage Administrator)
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and timelines
- Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable supporting a fast‑paced executive and top‑producing team
- Strong follow‑up, time management, and prioritization skills
- Tech‑savvy; able to learn and manage CRM, MLS, email, and transaction platforms
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without being asked
- Professional, discreet, and client‑service oriented
- College degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
- Seeking a long‑term role with growth potential into Operations Manager or Lead EA
