Serves as the primary contact with hospital administration to manage the contract life cycle, including understanding business needs, using models/master agreements, and submitting corporate compliance review documents. Stays up to date with business practices to identify needs, process improvements, and determines appropriate contract closeouts and terminations. Completes model/master agreements, prepares and submits documentation for contract review, executes contracts, and uploads contracts into the repository.
Notifies contract owners in advance of contract terms to facilitate timely renewals and assists leaders in accessing contracts on the management system. Obtains Fair Market Value (FMV) information using tools to support contract terms. Ensures payment requests comply with contract requirements and assists new clients and vendors with the contract administration process. Organizes and maintains contract files and database to track contracts and related documents.
Adheres to Federal, State, and local regulations, including HIPAA, Anti‑kickback laws, and Stark, as they pertain to assigned tasks. Produces monthly or periodic contract status reports, tracks and records quality metrics related to the contract life cycle, and reports on these metrics regularly. Collaborates closely with the Legal department and Corporate Responsibility to ensure effective contract management. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required.
