Project Manager, Procurement ​/ Purchasing, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee at least two concurrent commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, financial management, contract administration, scheduling, and CMAR experience.

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Lead preconstruction, estimating, constructability reviews, bid packaging, GMP development, and subcontractor buyout.
• Manage project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, cash flow, WIP reporting, change orders, and profitability.
• Oversee CPM scheduling, procurement, critical-path analysis, and schedule recovery.
• Review contracts, manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Commercial general contracting or construction management.
• Proven experience independently managing at least two active commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong, verifiable CMAR experience, including preconstruction, GMP development, competitive procurement, and owner coordination.
• Expertise in budgeting, estimating, cost control, WIP forecasting, contract administration, and change management.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling;
  Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and construction project management software skills;
  Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour training required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
