Job Description

Marketing Automation Specialist III role at Mouser Electronics.

• Set up, test, and execute automated and dynamic e‑mail campaigns for lead generation and nurturing, including trigger‑based and ad‑hoc emails, building forms and dynamic content.
• Define audience and build targeted segmentation based on sales and engagement.
• Manage approval reviews for e‑mail campaigns across suppliers, newsletters, events, brands, and internal departments, ensuring deadlines are met and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Implement testing methodologies (A/B testing) to improve engagement and program performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders, departments, and external contacts.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, brand consistency and overall customer experience in all email communications.
• Work closely with in‑house copywriters and designers to provide guidance on email best practices.
• Monitor email deliverability and maintain global seed lists for inbox placement analysis.
• Provide mentorship to junior Marketing Automation Specialists.
• Identify new media buying and lead generation opportunities and manage spend within budget.

• Proven experience in segmentation and building campaigns using Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools.
• Process‑oriented thinker with strong problem‑solving and technical aptitude.
• Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Mac or Microsoft Windows environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of marketing automation experience in email usability, deliverability and best practices, including proofing, linking, tracking and functionality.
