Base pay range: $55,000 – $62,000 per year.

Our client provides water management solutions specializing in precise digital measurement, data delivery, and water preservation software.

We are seeking a motivated Product Specialist with a strong background in electronics and engineering to join our dynamic team. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies and products in the engineering industry. You will provide technical expertise, support, and solutions to our customers while contributing to the development and enhancement of our innovative product portfolio.

• Provide technical product support to internal and external customers, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct field visits to examine equipment, performing measurements to assess product performance and solve equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical product knowledge during client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage inventory and track shipments to and from customers.
• Stay abreast of latest trends and advancements in radio frequency, LoRa, and cellular technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products.

• Associate degree in engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics/engineering industry, or 4 years of experience or military training in lieu of a degree.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
• Proven experience with radio frequency, LoRa, cellular technology, field measurements, and customer support.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to conduct field measurements and analyze data to improve product performance.
• Proficient in using various tools and software used in the engineering industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and product demonstrations.
