Behavior Analysis Practicum (Masters Level)

Join Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism as a Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern). This practicum is designed for Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are accruing supervision hours and seeking to become a BCBA.

• Supervise a client with 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Complete all restricted hours and provide early‑intervention therapy in a center‑based setting.
• Shape the development of children ages 18 months to 8 years by implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and other team members to uphold the organization’s values and core principles.
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BACB Core Skills (BDS) modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.

• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program eligible for BCBA certification.
• Accepted 85% of total fieldwork hours or ready to accrue them.
• All required restricted hours completed.
• Experience providing early‑intervention therapy in a center‑based setting.
• Strong commitment to data collection and individualized treatment planning.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Hourly pay $24‑$30 based on experience and supervision hour completion.
• Potential wage increases every 6 months.
• Monetary bonuses up to $1,500 per year based on accrued hours.
