PRN is a flat rate of $47.58/hour.
- Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.
- Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Educates patients and family members about MRI procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions, promoting comfort and cooperation throughout the exam.
- Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging.
- Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.
- Performs and documents daily system quality control (QC) checks in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
- Basic Life Support – CPR Certified (BLS)
- RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement certification
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.
-CERT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body - Licensed Radiology Technologist – State Board (e.g., DSPS-LIC, KBMIRT, L.R.T., MRT-IEMA)
- Registered Technologist – Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)
ARRT)
$29.60 – $55.05 per hour
