Hospice CNA​/Hospice Aide – PRN

Location: Mansfield, TX & Surrounding Areas

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team serving Mansfield, Texas, and surrounding communities.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Provide gentle repositioning, mobility assistance, and other personal care within your scope of practice.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to patients and families.
• Follow individualized plans of care established by the RN.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive quality care.

• Active Texas CNA certification.
• Previous CNA experience in hospice, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a hospital preferred.
• Hospice experience is a plus, but not required!
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing one-on-one personal care.
• Ability to work independently while following the patient's plan of care.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Mansfield and surrounding communities.
