Well maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance – Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically general managers. It’s a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you’ll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory and cash control during the shift.
• Manage customer relations and ensure the team follows all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management and work to the schedule.
• Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
• Assist with marketing and profitability.

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Strong communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Accurate mental math – add, subtract, multiply, divide; make correct monetary change.
• Pronounced verbal, writing and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination to move quickly and accurately; enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
