Accountabilities & Essential Functions
  • Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy
  • Strictly adheres to all posted procedures
  • Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, measured against unscheduled missed hours; must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
  • Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments; contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required” and helping the department as a whole
  • Actively cross‑trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function
  • Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safety expectations and following housekeeping requirements; notifies management of any observed safety hazards
  • Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Receives very small to bulky product from pallets, cartons, and bags
  • Verifies part numbers, quantities, date codes, lot codes, and country of origin against packing list and part labels
  • Reads and follows specific supplier and product label information
  • Enters product information into the Warehouse Computer System
Skills & Certifications
  • Able to use a computer, and handheld computer / iPad (preferred)
  • Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math
  • Able to read and understand instructions in English
  • Strong quality and productivity orientation
  • Able to maneuver in aisles 36” wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10‑12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 lb from ground level and up to 2 ft (using stairs and ladders)
  • May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred)
  • Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends
Education & Experience
