The purpose of this position is to perform the primary functions of a nurse: assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Telemetry/ICU setting.

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age‑specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care with advanced specialty knowledge, ensuring patient and family comfort and safety.
• Follow physician orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to required infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing per established policies, COLA, and CLIA regulations.
• Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for diagnostic or treatment procedures; assist or perform procedures in the specialty area.
• Handle care in accordance with legal, hospital/facility, departmental policies, and the Board of Nursing standards for the state.

• Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned and document their results.
• Attend staff meetings or other company‑sponsored or mandated meetings as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions.
• 2+ years full‑time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, or equivalent experience in related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; PALS strongly preferred (ENA certification may be substituted).
• Fluency in English for written and oral communication.
• Pennsylvania RN’s must have completed Act 33 (Child Abuse History Clearance) and Act 73 (FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Clearance) within the last 5 years, or obtain them prior to start date.
