RN NICU Nights - Full‑time

Advent Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide nighttime care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This full‑time role offers a competitive salary range of $33.28 to $61.91 per hour and comprehensive benefits from day one.

• Lead and mentor staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
• Administer commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Conduct holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Participate in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required);
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing a plus.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications; NRP certification a plus.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a neonatal or intensive care setting preferred.
