RN Emergency Department – Mid and Night Shift Available

Join Advent Health in this critical role as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Department, available for mid and night shifts.

Location: 2300 Lonestar Rd, Mansfield, Texas 76063

Schedule: Full time

Shift: Day (United States of America)

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the care process.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) certification
• AVADE certification (EV Accredited Issuing Body)
• Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS) Certification
• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) Certification
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) Certification
• Chemotherapy Certificate (CHEMO) Certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program – Advanced (NRP-A) Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) Certification
• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC)

$33.28 – $61.91 per hour
