- Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for more complex quality issues.
- Develop and refine quality control systems, including inspection and testing procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive process improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and metrics for review by senior team members.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Advanced degrees can supplement experience. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. - Certifications:
Relevant quality certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable. - Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. Proficient in statistical analysis and quality improvement tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
