• Provide an "All Star," fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality.
• Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance.
• Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by getting to know the guest and becoming an expert in our Scratch‑Kitchen Menu, Craft Beer and Cocktails.
• Listen to the guest and provide “All Star Service” that’s just for them.
• Work as part of a team to help facilitate efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun.

• Obtain a Food Handlers permit.
• Obtain a TABC Certification.
• Be prompt and dependable.
• Positive, committed, trustworthy, and responsible.

• Genuine care for the flawless execution of all food and beverage recipes in order to deliver picture‑perfect menu items to the guest.
