• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet guests’ needs.
• Engage with guests, build relationships, and offer relevant product recommendations.
• Multi‑task by juggling product production while welcoming guests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, production, and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast‑paced environment while upholding company policies.
• Produce and fulfill all products: soaps, bombs, truffles, fizzes, scrubs, serums, etc.
• Label, shrink‑wrap, and package products and sample kits.
• Maintain products per inventory levels.
• Ensure all final products meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail sales or customer service experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• No sensitivity to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, reach, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to perform cleaning functions: dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Job type:
Part‑time | Pay: $10.50 – $12.50 per hour
