Minuteman Heating and Air is hiring experienced residential HVAC Installers. If you take pride in quality work and educating customers, we offer excellent pay, training programs for career growth, flexibility, and a team-oriented, family environment.

• Wear floor savers in clients' homes and maintain a clean work area during repairs or scheduled services.
• Ensure the job is completed correctly and eliminate callbacks after finishing.
• Explain services performed to clients before and after work to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and outside.

• 3-5 years of residential installation experience

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year
