• Proven strength and conditioning leader, with minimum of 3 team members
• Proven success managing schedules, conflicts, and leading team meetings
• Sports background
• Direct sales experience
• Business acumen
• 4-year Degree in sports-related field (i.e. Kinesiology, Human Performance) and/or or certifications, such as but not limited too
• USAW- LEVEL 1, (USA Weightlifting)
• NASM- CPT/PES, (Performance Enhancement Specialist)
• NSCA- CPT, (Certified Personal Trainer)
• NSCA- CSCS (Corrective Exercise Specialist)
• Track record of increasing performance metrics
• Excellent customer service

The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach (HSCC) will be responsible for leading a team of local coaches and delivering the BEST workout experience in the industry to our clients. The HSSC will report to and assist the General Manager, ensuring all coaches are Level 1 certified the D1 Way and maintaining quality control standards via consistent auditing and coaching feedback. D1 Coaches are responsible for delivering the BEST workout experience in the industry to our clients.

The HSCC will be responsible for their team of coaches, and subsequently, for hiring and developing them. He/she will be responsible for hiring for immediate availability, facility growth potential, as well as to build a bench of potential coaches to develop even when the class and PT schedules are full. Staffing responsibility includes scheduling to ensure all training is covered (daily, weekly, monthly), coordinating and communicating with the coaching staff.

The HSCC will be responsible for creating and executing monthly development plans for each coach on the staff. Development may include:

• Weekly Team Calls to review programming, Once a month 1:1 Development for the sake of auditing classes/sessions and giving feedback,

• Monthly Team Development

The HSCC will be the leading coach for all group and personalized training sessions. This includes, coaching workouts, assisting with workouts, auditing workouts, facilitating assessments, and fitness consultations. Additionally, any specialized training, such as camps, combine, team training, etc. shall be led by the HSCC.

The HSCC and coaching staff shall have ownership of the training spaces. Maintaining equipment, cleaning, and organization of all training areas is required on a daily basis.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the GM with admin duties that align with facility goals and expectations.
