Stock Control Associate – Order Pulling

Level 1 is considered entry level.

• Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy.
• Strictly adheres to all posted procedures.
• Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines and must be at work on time.
• Demonstrates a positive team‑oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments, and willingly accepts and embraces other duties as required.
• Actively cross‑trains in other areas as required.
• Ensures a safe working environment by adhering to established safety expectations and housekeeping requirements; notifies management of any observed safety hazards.
• Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
• Meets customer requirements for quality and productivity.
• Attends team talks regularly and represents the company in a professional manner.
• Supports and participates in the company’s total quality process, including continuous improvements.

• Pulls parts from bin box or shelving.
• Verifies part numbers, quantity, hardware, date and lot codes.
• Enters required information in handheld computer/iPad.
• Repackages product as requested.
• Reports issues professionally.
• Applies and scans barcodes.

• Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred).
• Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math.
• Able to read and understand instructions in English.
• Strong quality and productivity orientation.
• Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10–12 hours, and reach, lift, and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders).
• May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (wave, forklift or pallet jack) (preferred).
• Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
