Eaton Syalon are working with a well-known business in North Nottinghamshire to recruit a Senior Finance Administrator into their head off finance team. This will be a busy, fast-paced role which requires someone to be hands-on and detail driven, with the ability to work with people at all levels of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing and resolving outstanding payments from customers

• Handling account queries

• Managing customer details on invoicing system

• Supporting Barclays banking admin (user access, account permissions etc.)

• Helping with audits (providing paperwork & documentation)

• Supporting reports and management information

• Assisting with purchase orders and budget admin

• Helping the wider finance admin team resolve discrepancies

Person Profile:

• You will ideally be from a varied background in transactional finance

• You will have strong Excel skills

• Must be comfortable using different finance systems

• You'll need to be organised, confident and able to work in a fast-moving environment
