North Nottingham | Full-time | Permanent
Up to £28,000 per annum
40 hours a week (flexible hours, with a early Friday finish)

SF are pleased to be exclusively working with a well-established manufacturer based in the North Nottingham to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
You will support the sales team by processing enquiries and orders accurately and on time, ensuring excellent customer service and strict confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
-General office administration and document control
-Logging RFQs and purchase orders into an MRP system
-Preparing information for quotations and contract review
-Accurate data entry across internal systems and documents
-Liaising with customers and suppliers on documentation queries
-Managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
-Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health & safety

-Organised with strong attention to detail
-Confident using IT systems and office software
-Able to prioritise workload effectively
-Professional, discreet, reliable
