Mon-Fri, 37 hours
Working Pattern: Hybrid, one day in office (Wednesday) rest from home
Pay Rate: £13.74

If you enjoy turning information into something accurate and useful, this is a great opportunity to support a team through day-to-day data processing.
What you’ll be doing :- Review, validate and upload environmental monitoring data, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with required formats.
- Identify and resolve data issues, omissions and inconsistencies within the Environmental Data Management System.
- Maintain records of data uploads, progress tracking and issue reporting.
- Create and update reports, dashboards and process documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external data requests and support data management activities.
- Assist with purchase orders, team inbox management and administrative tasks.
- Manage data storage and archiving, ensuring information is organised and accessible.
- Support performance analysis of environmental monitoring programmes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience in data processing, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- The ability to verify details and spot errors quickly
- Confident, careful data entry skills-ensuring information is correctly formatted
- A practical approach to problem-solving when data doesn't look right
- A team-focused mindset, comfortable supporting an individual or wider team
- Temporary role providing essential data processing support
