Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bid & Proposals Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end tender and framework bid process. This role is key to supporting business growth by producing high-quality, commercially strong bids that reflect professional standards and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, qualify, and manage bid opportunities across tenders and framework portals.

* Lead the full bid lifecycle, from qualification to submission.

* Coordinate internal contributors and lead bid meetings.

* Produce PQQs, tender submissions, presentations, and clarifications.

* Maintain bid libraries, track outcomes, and support marketing activities.

* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GDPR, and company policies.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a bid/proposals role.

* Excellent written, verbal communication, and document production skills.

* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

* Confident with tender and framework portals.

* Desirable: experience in fire & security or accredited environments (ISO, NSI, BAFE).
