Quantity Surveyor Alfreton £50,000 - £70,000 per annum  car allowance or car Permanent | Full-Time Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Civils or Earthworks? TS Recruitment is working with a regional civils and earthworks contractor who are looking to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial manage 3-4 projects at one time. Why Join Us? Competitive salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum Car allowance or company car (take your pick) 32 days paid holiday including bank holidays Enhanced company pension scheme (5% employer) 8 am to 5.30pm with flexibility for site visits with the potential for working from home 1 day per week

Role Responsibilities:

Visit sites to carry out valuations and variations Approve and pay all subcontractors Procure materials for sites Ensure sites are within budget Complete cost value reports Present to the Commercial Manager and support through final accounts

What We're Looking For:

Min 5 years' experience working in a similar sector Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) Forward thinking and dynamic
