Quantity Surveyor
Alfreton
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum + car allowance or car
Permanent | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Civils or Earthworks?
TS Recruitment is working with a regional civils and earthworks contractor who are looking to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial manage 3-4 projects at one time.

- 8 am to 5.30pm with flexibility for site visits with the potential for working from home 1 day per week
- Visit sites to carry out valuations and variations
- Approve and pay all subcontractors
- Procure materials for sites
- Ensure sites are within budget
- Complete cost value reports
- Present to the Commercial Manager and support through final accounts
- Regional earthworks and civils contractor
- Career development with the opportunity to become regional Commercial Manager
- Long established stable business
- Work includes earthworks, ground stabilisation and remediation
- Min 5 years' experience working in a similar sector
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Forward thinking and dynamic
